Horizon was founded in 2009, and has been integrating system development, visual design, software quality assurance, and IT security since then. Our talent contributes to the servicing of government and corporate sustainability, stability, safety, and operational quality.

Other than specialized professional technical skills, we integrated CMMI Mature Level 2 for standardized project management since September 2010. We passed the official assessment on August 12th, 2011.
